TEFL/TESOL Certification in Cambodia since 2007.We have developed the first Cambodian administered, not-for-profit, TEFL. Our trainers are well qualified and experienced and have chosen to work with us because of their desire to establish and be part of an enterprise that benefits Cambodia and concentrates on helping people. Upon deciding to train as an English Teacher there are a bewildering number of companies offering a large number of different courses. CamTEFL has been established because we believe there are many people who want their money to be of benefit to developing communities whilst at the same time earning a professional qualification. A key component to ensure a quality course are the 6 hours of observed, teaching practise you will complete with real students as part of their continuous curriculum at a community language school in Phnom Penh. Accreditation NewsJanuary 2009 After a successful proposal and on submission of evidence and detailed investigation of the work at CamTEFL during 2008 the Awards Committe of the College of Teachers in the UK have just informed us that CamTEFL is now an accredited centre, able to award Level 1 Advanced Certificate in TESOL.
